PRB has over 50 years professional experience of brewing
soy sauce, using natural methods developed by our
in-house experts. The company has invested significantly
to improve and expand the production facilities. PRB
seasonings are manufactured across the three modern
purpose-built factories of GDF Group, covering a variety of
liquid products, paste products and powder products.
The PRB seasoning factories are located in the Pearl River Delta of
south China, where the perfect subtropical
climate and rich sunshine better the condition
of high quality soy sauce production.

Using the modern strain technologies of cell-fusion and
gene-recombination, cultivating more enzymatic strain by
induced mutation, purification and auxiliary strengthening
of strain so as to attain more than 88% protein
usage rate during fermentation processing.

Using modern extraction and separation technology,
desiccating and granulating technology, micro encapsulating
technology to increase the added-value of the products.

Using enzyme engineering technology to enhance the
substance transformation during food production processing,
such as using cellulose enzyme to produce dissolvable
cellulose during the fermentation cycle engineering.

Application of food testing, such as using solidified enzymatic
technology to test food chemical ingredients rapidly and simply,
using gene engineering DNA fingerprint technology to identify
food raw materials and end-products.

 
    Manufacturing Process
PRB soy sauce is naturally brewed with
first grade soybeans and wheat flour.
The whole fermentation and manufacturing
process is completely natural. It is GMO-free
and no artificial colourings or acid-HVP is added.
